Project 1219: Patio & Softscape Installation – Dartmouth, MA

Project 1219 was a patio and softscape installation project completed by our landscape construction division. Before the construction of the patio, our landscape construction division was tasked with installing a new drainage system to address some puddling issues where the patio meets the driveway, which had multiple downspouts emptying into that one area. Once the drainage system was completed our LC crews got busy with the installation of a new patio that serves as a great extension of the client’s deck. The patio is comprised of Nantucket Pavers Rivenstone Patio Blocks, a great alternative to bluestone. Our landscape construction team also installed multiple trees and shrubs around the property to add privacy to their new patio area. The project was finished off with loam and seed to reseed the disturbed areas from construction.
