This beautiful new construction home located in Mattapoisett was having major water problems due to poor grading of the property and an inadequate drainage system. This resulted in the sump pump in the basement going off every several minutes 24/7. BRW Property Services landscape construction team was tasked with designing and installing a new drainage system around the home, regrading of the property and finishing off with some loam and seed for a new lawn. The new drainage system utilized several key products from NDS, including new downspout attachments that ran through perforated drainage pipes to 3 different dry wells installed throughout the property. This system directs water away from the home and distributes water evenly throughout the property to help maintain moist soil conditions and avoid creating a drainage runoff area or pond.
